How are overtime paid to workers?

If employees work more than normal working hours as stipulated in the Labor Code of the NSDLD (and the Labor Code, the employee will be entitled to receive overtime pay. The salary or salary of the employee’s work is as follows:

– The lowest level is 150%, applicable to overtime hours on weekdays;

– The minimum level is 200%, applicable to the overtime working hours prescribed in the Labor Code;

– The minimum level is 300%, not including holiday pay, paid holidays for laborers who pay wages, applicable to overtime on holidays or paid holidays.

Employees working at night shall be additionally paid at least equal to 30% of the wage calculated according to the wage unit price or the wage of the normal working day.

Employees who work overtime at night, apart from paying the salary as prescribed above, shall also be paid an additional 20% of the wage calculated according to the wage unit price or the day-time wage.
